Do you like the term Conversations to refer to what we used to call Collaborate. We are also considering Chat for the same purpose.

I was curious if with the rating average, if you think 1 should equal to 0 for the average or if you think it is right when 0 is equal to 1? I had put a rating of 1 and you had rated it as 10, so you'd think with 2 participants the average would equal to 5 but it says six since that is typically how you would average. Seems a little bias from the get go.
